It certainly seems to be one of the options now

got a sort of update.

i'm out a lot this week and away next week .. i knew i should be getting a phone call about my delivery this week, due on the 9th May.

so thought i'd try them as i got home 4.30 ish. phoned with trepidation, waited for 20 minutes and no answer, so finished the call. looked on here for the number NRAS posted for AbbVie. and decided to call them, explained my situation that things weren't overdue as such yet just would like to know my delivery was scheduled for when i get back so i wasn't worrying whilst away. she was very helpful and said she'd look into it for me and get back to me within 24 hours. felt relief there was someone else to call.

in the meantime me being a stubborn old bull .. lol ( Taurean ) got back on the phone to Healthcare, 25 minutes later they answered!! first thing i asked was things no better than pre Christmas, he said they have taken on more staff and are open longer hours 8am - 8pm also weekends and bank holidays. if i had phoned yesterday i would have got through within 3 minutes, he knew i had been waiting 25 minutes. anyway he confirmed my delivery, said i was due a phone call this Friday which was fine, just explained i am not home much this week etc.

i then said i was going to try at 8am tomorrow morning, he said that's not a good time as everyone is phoning for ETA that day. he said they now had 3 different shifts during the day to cover the extra hours, and the best time to call is 11.30 - 4.00pm. this way all the shifts are there at that time taking more calls.

so i ended to phone call actually feeling more positive .. let's hope this continues. i then had to phone AbbVie back just caught her and she said that's good, but to phone if i get any more problems.

so there you have it,

saga goes on .............

but as i type delivery confirmed.
